Missed Appointments and Late Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide appointments at your earliest convenience and respectfully require 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We operate a waiting list for patients needing urgent attention and we will always make every effort to find an appropriate appointment for you at short notice, please consider this when moving or cancelling your session. If you fail to attend, forget your appointment, arrive more than 20 minutes late or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee if we are unable to fill it with a patient from the wait list.

We appreciate that sometimes things crop up, accidents happen, and cars break down and we always take each case into consideration. Our priority is to fill the space, by booking online you are agreeing to provide us with enough notice to facilitate this or pay the appropriate fee.

COVID-19 UPDATE: To protect the health of our patients and our team we are now operating a limited clinic opening schedule for emergency & essential appointments only. However, from April 8th 2020 we have reinstated our online booking service to access video consultation sessions which are available to book NOW. We are taking guidance from the government and will be reviewing the situation daily.
