Damini Gorsia M’Ost. – Registered Osteopath

Damini is a fully qualified Osteopath with a First Class Masters degree from Swansea University. She is passionate about health and encouraging patients to live their best life, without the hindrance of pain or physical barriers.

Each patient is different and will require a tailored treatment plan to suit their specific needs, this will include a comprehensive case history, assessment, examination and working diagnosis. On this basis, Damini will combine an array of ‘hands-on’ treatment techniques such as mobilisations, manipulations, soft or deep tissue massage, neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques, alongside exercise prescription for you to maintain between sessions. Together, this approach will give you the best possible outcomes to alleviate pain and discomfort on your road to recovery. Preventative measures will also be available to ensure future re occurrence is minimal.


 

Background

Damini is passionate about giving back to society and regularly immerses herself in charity events. Currently, she keeps active by going to the gym, swimming, bowling and topgolf, mainly because those are the things she enjoys. Keeping fit doesn’t always have to be boring or tedious, there are no rules.

She has interests in continually developing her area of expertise and would like to pursue Acupuncture, Pregnancy Massage and Pediatric Osteopathy in the near future.
