James has more than 12 years’ experience helping people to stop smoking and in such a way that they don’t feel deprived and like they are hoping to stay stopped using will power. He has developed a thorough and well tested process to help the person to remove all desires and attachments for smoking so that they walk away free from it and happy to be a non-smoker. James is a qualified Hypnotherapist with a degree in Psychology. He also has qualifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Mindscaping and Life Coaching.

Hi and thank you for visiting this page and if you want to stop smoking then I really believe I am the person for you. As mentioned above I have crafted and developed a process which encompasses all that’s needed to help a person to permanently free themselves from smoking. Specialising in helping people to stop smoking means that I can really hone in and offer a high quality and thorough service. I guide my clients all the way through to success and tailor my service to suit them.

The process involves two sessions with me in the pleasant environment here at the clinic and you also have accompanying online audios and videos which support the process and bring it together very effectively. I will be on the phone with you also and guide you and support you all the way. We will work effectively together to change how you think and feel about smoking. I’m not an anti-smoker and won’t lecture you. I get it, I used to smoke for many years myself. I will facilitate you with an excellent range of effective techniques and methods that combine to create a process that I’m both very confident in and proud to offer you.

Techniques used

I use a multi technique approach taking the best of what works from my experience. This includes coaching, psycho-education, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and Hypnotherapy. By using this combination of methods we can really help your mind and feelings to change in all the needed ways. That’s both in your conscious rational thinking and also in those deeper unconsciously help beliefs, feelings, associations and habits.
